Do you possess strong people management skills, with proven experience managing large teams and operations within a customer focused call/contact centre environment?

One of our clients, an international membership organisation in East Grinstead, are looking for an experienced Contact Centre Manager to manage a large team of contact centre agents, taking ownership of service delivery, staff development and leadership to ensure that KPIs and SLAs are met - along with FCA compliance.

You will implement and develop a strategic approach to operations in order that KPIs and service level agreements are adhered to and compliance with FCA guidelines; and ensure that all customer queries are handled efficiently by telephone, email, webchat, social media and post).

You will be highly motivational in your approach, developing Team Leaders and agents through strong performance management.
