Waking Night Support Worker needed to work in Ofsted registered children’s homes in the Crawley area of West Sussex.

The role: The Waking Night Support Worker role will involve supporting vulnerable young people within a residential setting. As a Waking Night Support Worker you would be expected to stay awake for all hours of the shift during the night and to be able to provide a strong and reassuring presence for the looked after children during the night. 12 hours shifts.

Person Specifiation: The ideal candidate will be a switched-on self-start with an eye for details who is able to act on intuition and make good judgement calls drawing on experience to stop challenging situations occurring. We are looking for somebody reliable to work on a regular basis who is confident at dealing with challenging behaviour.
