An established town planning consultancy located near the sunny Brighton seaside are actively seeking a dynamic Town Planner to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join this experienced planning consultancy with extensive relationships within the residential, commercial, mixed use and agricultural sectors, all while enjoying easy reach of Brighton's seaside sights.

The successful Town Planner will work primarily in a development management based role, while also gaining a comprehensive experience of the planning field. This will include supporting a range of planning applications across the United Kingdom with developers, housing associations and local authorities. You will also have the opportunity to work on several large scale developments within Brighton's bustling city centre!

In order to meet the requirements for this role, you must:

* Have an RTPI Accredited Degree
* Possess at least 1+ year's experience in the planning sector
* Be an excellent communicator with the ability to work to deadlines
