Job Details

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced candidate to join us in our exciting new role of Administration Team Leader within our Social Care Administration team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective admin support service to our social care senior leadership team. You will also be responsible for robust administrative systems to ensure the successful operational delivery of the team.

You will be supervising a small team of administration staff providing guidance, mentoring and regular supervisions where required.

You should be highly organised and able to deal positively with changing workload priorities. You must have a good understanding of handling confidential information and have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

Ideally we are seeking applications from those with a knowledge and understanding of working within a social care or educational setting.
