Healthcare Recruitment/Sales Consultant

£18,000 - £20,000 plus generous commission scheme and career pathway

Better Healthcare Services are a well-established health & social care agency, with offices throughout East Anglia, London and the South East. Due to planned expansion we are looking to recruit a dedicated Recruitment / Sales Consultant with a remit to develop our temp business within our Brighton branch.
Responsibilities will include;

• Recruitment and selection of new staff members
• Key account management within the Healthcare and Social Care sector.
• Working with Managed Service Providers and neutral vendors.
• Strategic business development
• Quality assurance management in line with NHS and CQC regulations.

This role will involve both the management of existing accounts and development of new revenue streams, search and selection and managed advertising recruitment campaigns. You will be expected to source your candidates through dedicated advertising campaigns and through specialist search assignments.

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in recruitment and/or a sales background, you will be highly ambitious with a desire to develop and grow a business in a fast paced and challenging environment.
