Senior Payroller
A great local company need to recruit a senior payroller to join their busy team. Central Brighton paying up to £24000 per annum.
The Role
To be responsible for the day to day processing of payroll ensuring all tasks are completed in line with agreed timescales and following best practice whilst ensuring outstanding customer experience is delivered. You will have good payroll knowledge and be able to support junior team members and team managers to ensure all departmental KPI’s are achieved and exceeded daily in line with departmental and company objectives.
The ideal candidate will have
* Expert payroll knowledge and experience (Advanced knowledge of processing statutory payments, new starters and leavers) including up to date knowledge of changes to payroll legislation
* Ability to demonstrate clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Self-motivation
* Strong numeracy skills
* Ability to multitask and able to demonstrate excellent time management skills
* Ability to work well as part of a team as well as autonomously
* Confident organisational skills
* Experience of working in a customer focused role with confident communication skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong IT skills
