Our client, who are leading in cutting edge technology for high quality precision measuring equipment are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their busy team.
The successful candidate will be competent in speaking and writing in German.
The Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering telephone calls, emails
Maintain/replenish Meeting Room
Ensuring customer requests are dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner
Resolving customer account queries & creating new accounts
Order processing using SAP
Raising invoices & payments
Ensuring filing systems are kept up to date
Liaising with customers prior to and/or after sale
Responsibility for incoming & outgoing post
Production of shipping documents / invoices
Assist in the organisation / attend Open Days
Assisting with quality management system
Experience of working in a fast-paced and often demanding sales environment
SAP and CRM experience advantageous
Proven track record of ability to deliver excellent administrative duties
Previous experience working within a customer support role
Working knowledge of sales administrative procedures
Experience of Unix based operating systems
Competent German language and written skills
Excellent communication (verbal & written) / interpersonal skills to interact successfully at all levels
Good level of academic achievement
First-class customer service skills
Excellent competence in all Microsoft Office packages
Strong organisational skills
Methodical approach to work with excellent administrative capability
