Customer Service Advisor
The Best Connection is currently recruiting a talented Customer Service Advisor for a small and growing team in Worthing. This is fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your hard work is truly appreciated. You will be an integral part of the customer experience taking responsibility for maintaining and improving the service. The ideal candidate will go permanent after a qualifying period.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:
- Being a point of contact for customers queries including issues.
- Confidently advice on products and services.
- Liaise with internal teams and organise appropriate actions.
- Processing orders and use of CRM system.
- Responsible for inbound calls, emails and administrative duties.
The hours are 0900 - 1730 Monday to Friday.
The pay is £8.65 per hour.
