2nd Chef - Up to £24k - Mostly daytime shifts - Hassocks (driver essential)

Sous/2nd Chef required for a rural venue just outside Brighton. This is a rare opportunity to work predominantly daytime hours with no split shifts involved. To be considered, you will ideally have the following experience:

* High volume experience
* Short order cooking
* Fresh food from scratch
* Carvery preparation
* Banqueting experience
* Ordering and stock rotation

In return, you will receive a competitive salary, work an average of 45 hours per week with no split shifts. This is an ideal role for a senior CDP to step up or a chef looking for true work life balance. Due to the location, own transport is essential.
