Call Center Associates
Red Flag Recruitment are seeking highly motivated Call Center Associates to join a well-established Insurance company based in Brighton.
As a Call Center Associate you will be at the front-line of contact with new and existing customers and provide accurate and efficient customer service.
You will be required to work Monday to Thursday 11.00am-8.00pm, Friday 11.30am-6.00pm (1 in 2 Saturdays are required a month 9.00am-5.00pm)
Pay: Basic staring at £19,300, increasing to £21,158/annum + annual bonus
Previous experience is not required as 3 weeks classroom training will be provided
Essential Functions of a Call Center Associate:
- Perform outbound courtesy calls to new and existing customers
- Set up insurance and warranty plans
- Regularly meet daily/weekly sales targets
- Update customer accounts and records
- Excellent customer service skills, especially a calm and friendly telephone manner.
- Adept at using computer software
- Resilient and Professional
- Ability to handle confidential customer information
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and some weekends
- Ability to work well within a team as well as individually
