Red Flag Recruitment are seeking highly motivated Call Center Associates to join a well-established Insurance company based in Brighton.

As a Call Center Associate you will be at the front-line of contact with new and existing customers and provide accurate and efficient customer service.

You will be required to work Monday to Thursday 11.00am-8.00pm, Friday 11.30am-6.00pm (1 in 2 Saturdays are required a month 9.00am-5.00pm)

Pay: Basic staring at £19,300, increasing to £21,158/annum + annual bonus

Previous experience is not required as 3 weeks classroom training will be provided

Essential Functions of a Call Center Associate:

  • Perform outbound courtesy calls to new and existing customers
  • Set up insurance and warranty plans
  • Regularly meet daily/weekly sales targets
  • Update customer accounts and records

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills, especially a calm and friendly telephone manner.
  • Adept at using computer software
  • Resilient and Professional
  • Ability to handle confidential customer information
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and some weekends
  • Ability to work well within a team as well as individually
