Job Details

We're always on the lookout for new phone-based Sales Executives to join our team - including recent graduates who are driven and looking for that foot in the door to begin a long-term sales career.

Your primary responsibility will be to find and engage with new and existing customers, with the goal of giving excellent customer service whilst generating customers’ accounts and put them up to date.

Experience in the same role is desirable but not essential. Training is provided for candidates who will show genuine interest in the role and the company.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Sales knowledge
  • Proven ability to build positive professional relationships with clients
  • Highly motivated and target driven being able to create an impressive track record with us
  • Proven willingness to learn and improve

What you would be doing

The main things that you would be doing include:

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Analyse existing/potential customer needs
  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Track sales and provide status reports
  • Keep abreast of best practices in market and communicate trends back to the business

Salary: £19.300 to £21.000 + £5.000 bonus
