Bids & Contracts Team Leader

£18,542 - £20,269 per annum

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

As the Bids and Contracts Team Leader, you will lead and line manage direct reports and seasonal bank staff to ensure the timely completion of all contractual and administrative activities across the Sales and Commercial Function. 

Key tasks include:

  • The sign up of apprentices
  • The operational use of the CRM
  • Dealing with enquiries from various stakeholders from Staff to Students
  • Preparation of documentation and correspondence
  • Support in administration of bids and market intelligence tools
  • Support where necessary at Cross College events such as Information days

Experience of working within an administrative role and leading a team is essential. You will have proven time management and organisational skills. 

Having the ability to meet tight deadlines is vital as well as having attention to detail. Communication skills are crucial and you should be confident in communicating to a diverse range of people at all levels, both verbally and in writing. You will have already obtained English and Maths qualifications at level 2 and a HND (or equivalent) or equivalent commercial experience.
