The Sales Administrator provides a broad range of administrative support to their customer facing sales teams ensuring that internal processes are efficiently managed and customer queries are promptly resolved. With on-site parking and local public transport links this company is easily accessible.

Duties will include:
Respond to customer queries regarding order tracking
Liaising with the German and UK market
Order Processing and Reporting
Liaise with Product Managers and Logistics
Dealing with courier exceptions and collections
Data entry

The ideal candidate will have the following skills or experience:
Fluent German language skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook are essential)
Excellent Customer Service skills
Good attention to detail
High level of data entry accuracy
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Methodical and thorough approach to work
Good organisational skills
Good at juggling tasks and ability to prioritise
Experience in using SAGE software
Experience in the automotive industry would be an advantage
