Medical HR Manager
We are currently looking or an experienced medical HR manager with an NHS background. You will be managing two medical HR advisers and to oversee the day to day operational management of the Medical Staffing department. You will ensure you provide expert advice to the trust and high quality HR support to all medical staff. You must be able to Maintain and understand the full range of Trust policies, HR services and best practice to ensure workforce strategies and plans are met. You will also provide support to the Head of Medical Workforce with key priorities linked to the Trust and Workforce Divisions Strategic aims.
Working within a busy trust you will be a great communicator and able to manage a busy schedule effectively. Management experience is a must as you will be responsible for HR advisers.
