We are looking for an experienced Guest Services Manager to manage an entirely new, state of the art, corporate service provision on behalf of our client who are renowned for their 5* standards.

The Guest Services Manager will be responsible for creating an unforgettable experience to all visitors and users of the site. You will manage a large team to ensure a seamless and outstanding service is maintained.

Duties/Responsibilities:
* Managing the guest welcome and hosting across the various reception areas
* Working in synergy with all service providers
* Assisting with the planning and execution of all site events
* Training, developing and mentoring a team of around 30 to ensure all clients expectations are met
* Maintaining an oversight of the account, managing all key stakeholders, conducting regular service reviews

What you will need:
* Proven experience of managing a large team across various service areas
* An innovative and creative flair, with an ability to take leadership on a variety of projects
* Commercial awareness, understanding financials, service levels, and KPIs
* A luxury or high end corporate background
