We are working with a company that has recently gone through a considerable period of growth. Due to successful tenders in and around Brighton they are looking to open a regional office and go after more work in the region. The successful Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on one of the local projects and work as part of a team on 5 in the Brighton area.

The company have multiple work streams, ensuring they are well placed to deal with any changed in the market. They have secured repeat work from a major client in Brighton and it ranges from major refurbs to high rise rc frame projects from £10m - £100m+.

The aim is to be the major contractor of choice in Sussex in the next 3 years, and this will mean going through a few years of considerable growth. For the successful Quantity Surveyor this means that there will be great career prospects and management opportunities in due course.

To be considered for the role you...

* Will be an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor and be bale to take the lead on £10M + projects

* Will have considerable experience working for Main Contractor or Developer

* Will be degree qualified in your chosen field, or be able to demonstrate similar experience

* Will live within an hours commute to Brighton

* Will have experience leading new build projects at all stages, through to final accounts
