BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT OFFICER

Required as soon as possible.  Pay scale: SLT Grade 7 £21,654 - £25,416 fte (£16,409 - £19,260 pro rata). Hours of work are 33.75 per week, term time only (8.15am – 3.30pm Mon-Friday).  This post is fixed term until July 2020 (subject to funding).

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and capable Behaviour Support Officer to join our Pastoral Team. The role of Behaviour Support Officer is to support the achievement of high personal standards in all of our students with regards to behaviour, uniform, attendance and punctuality.

The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting students' personal development and be relentless in their commitment and determination to achieve high standards. The ability to work calmly and often under pressure is essential and experience of working in an environment with young people would be an advantage.  However, we have a strong commitment to developing our staff so you can also expect to engage in a range of training activities.
