Customer Service Person
Expanding Surveying business looking for a full time enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Person, who is required to handle customer enquiries by telephone, live chat and email.
Day-to-day: Acknowledge all valuation enquiries, deal with quote requests, operate a CRM system to follow up enquiries, collect payment, package submissions and produce MI. Access database and surveyors' diary systems
Development: Identify out-of-area instructions, develop third-party and introducer relationships.
Aftercare: Collection of reviews and customer feedback.
Applicant must be customer-focused with an excellent telephone manner, be computer literate and work from home.
