Insurance Advisor - £24,000-£30,000
This is a great opportunity to join one of the leading financial advisory firms in the Sussex area. We are looking for a motivated individual who not only has a dynamic personality but can engage customers as well as develop and nurture both new and existing customer relationships. You will be based in the department's sales team and responsible for liaising with the company's customer base, making outbound calls selling our competitively priced insurance packages.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success;
- Develop positive relationships with clients;
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs and give out accurate financial advice;
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks;
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner;
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions;
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives;
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

THE PACKAGE ON OFFER:
- Basic salary package of £24,000-£30,000 dependent on experience
- Extremely attractive bonus structure, with top advisors earning up to £60,000
- Full-time working hours between Monday- Friday. No weekends!
