You must be super organised, be able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines, have incredible attention to detail, and be able to work autonomously as well as within a close-knit team. While previous Telesales experience isn’t strictly necessary, a natural ability for sales and building long-lasting relationships will put you at a great advantage for this role.
The role –
We are on the hunt for proven go-getters with a passion for all things’ customer. The Telesales consultant will uphold our customer value proposition and deliver results through strong partnerships and ease of doing business. You will be accountable for achieving sales targets, identifying issues, developing and executing the appropriate resolution pathway and actions, that balances both the needs of our retail partners and the business.
What we are looking for –
- Experience working in an inbound or outbound sales role
- Driven to achieve sales target
- Ability to confidently engage and build strong relationships with our retailers
- Knowledge of the company’s insurance & warranty packages
- Drive and desire to expand knowledge and develop skills
- Ability to build retailer loyalty by providing a high level of customer service
- Motivated to achieve goals both individually and within a team environment
- A motivation to thrive and develop with a long-term career within our business
What we can give back to you –
- Commencing salary of £20,000 per annum or £10 per hour
- Uncapped commission structure, one of the most competitive in the Sussex area

- Fantastic full-time hours 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday - Friday
