We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced legal secretary to join this well established law firm in the centre of Hastings on a temporary basis, with a view to starting immediately. Duties will include: * Audio and copy typing of correspondence such as letters and legal documents. * Assisting with file management * Liaising with Clients via the telephone, taking messages. * General administration such as filing, faxing and photocopying. * Diary management, arranging meetings. * Organising travel and accommodation. Applicants must have experience of working within either Commercial Property, Litigation, Family, Probate or Private Client secretary within a law firm, you will have fast and accurate audio / copy typing speeds, excellent organisational skills and a professional manner are essential requirements.
