Receptionist - Brighton - £19,000

Search Consultancy is looking for an energetic and friendly receptionist to join our team in central Brighton. In this role you will be required to provide a first class front of house & reception experience to all visitors and internal staff, creating and developing positive, professional impressions with each and every encounter.

What's involved?

* Maintain the meeting room diaries, oversee and delegate supporting administrative activities when necessary
* Ensure that all administration and company requirements of the role are complied with
* Answer telephones and ensure efficient completion of reception administration
* Ensure that all administration and company requirements of the role are complied with

What's required?

* Solid understanding of the Microsoft Office suite
* Exceptionally organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
* A positive outgoing personality
* Ideally experience in a similar role

This role is full time permanent, Monday to Friday. Salary ranging from £18,000 to £19,000 DOE.
