East Sussex – Validation Manager – Leading Small Product Test Team - £50k

My client is a market leading producer of digital products; they are looking for a Test Validation Manager who can take ownership of Test and Product compliance which would be a split of Hardware and Software Verification duties.

Managing the Test Engineering team you will be:

- Defining Test Strategy

- Managing a small team, including assigning work priority to team members

- Ensuring Software and Hardware quality including product compliance

Ideally your key skills will include most of the following:

- Experience in a Senior or Lead role and willingness to move into a role with Management duties.

- Knowledge of Software as well as Hardware/Firmware Test/Validation

- Experience of Product compliance, environmental test, EMC, Test strategy etc.

Salary is up to around £50k as a guide but there could be some flexibility for the right person if needed.
