Compliance Manager
Brighton area
We are a market leading and continually growing organisation offering restoration and repair services in a bid to save time/money to our customer. Due to business growth we are looking for a Compliance Manager to ensure we are conducting our business in full compliance with all laws and regulations, as well as ensuring all professional standards, accepted business practices and internal standards are met
Responsibilities of the Compliance Manager:
*Revise procedures, reports and other documentation periodically.
*Supervise and oversee the work of colleagues.
*Management of the Customer Care function including the running of meetings, producing reports and closing out claims.
*Create reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
*Amending customer orders
*Management of all H&S portals.
*Maintenance of H&S equipment logs.
Compliance Manager Education/Experience:
*Significant experience within a compliance role
*Ideally from a technical/engineering background
*Knowledge and understanding of the industry's regulations and best practices
*Any experience/knowledge in ISOQAR , Achilles, BSI, CHAS and Safemark would be beneficial
*Educated to degree level or similar.
*Lead auditor trained (Preferred.)
*Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
*Excellent keyboard/data entry skills and attention to detail and accuracy
