Do you have significant experience of working within a residential care home for adults with learning disability's at Deputy Manager or Registered Home Manager level? Care Home Manager Role:You will support and supervise a team of Support Workers, Lead Support Workers and your Deputy to provide quality care to adults with learning disabilities with a small residential care service for 4 residents. You will work closely to all internal and external policy and procedure, showing a willingness to ensure the service meets CQC requirements and that staff are well supported and developed.

Care Home Manager Applicant Criteria:

  • Hold Level 4 Diploma/NVQ or above
  • Experience of working in a managerial capacity within an CQC registered home for adults with learning disabilities
  • Excellent knowledge of requirements of role and ability to lead others
