Looking for a temporary Administrator to join their busy office team, specialising in the design, manufacture, supply and delivery of high quality kitchens and wardrobes.The ideal candidate will provide support to a number of functions within the team and will need to be flexible, diligent and inquisitive in undertaking essential data entry and other standard office duties.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Carry out printing of invoices and inputting them on to our sage system.

Checking of fitters invoices and inputting specifics on excel.

Creating, checking and updating kitchen project trackers in excel

Filing of purchase orders, invoices and kitchen call off documents.

Update legislative FSC documentation on excel

Undertake other administrative task given to provide support.

Key skills:

Proven ability with Microsoft packages, particularly Excel

Excellent attention to detail

Data Entry

Team Player

This is a long term temporary assignment with a possible permanent position for the right candidate. Monday-Friday 9-5
