Chef Manager Job Introduction

Sodexo are recruiting for a passionate and creative Chef Manager.

Chef Manager Role Responsibility:

  • Managing the team day to day and responsible for health & safety on site
  • To prepare, cook and serve high quality food
  • Provide fantastic service to clients and customers at all times
  • Be innovative in food design and showcase in an attractive manner

The Ideal Chef Manager:

This role will suit somebody looking for either a step up from a supervisor role, or a manager looking to move from a high street coffee shop/food cafe background, who has managed a team of people, understands the customer service but also is able to prepare the food using their culinary expertise (think beautiful soup of the day, hot dish of the day and oh so in fashion avo sandwiches with a delicious coffee).

It will come as no surprise that knowledge of H&S will be needed too as it is paramount to us.

The role holder also must be comfortable using the Microsoft suite (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Power point), as well as being familiar with general admin, basic accounts and payroll processing duties.
