What You'll Be Doing

The HR Administrator will join our team of HR Administrators based in our head office in Chandler's Ford and report directly in to the HR Admin Manager.

This is a full-time vacancy and you will work Monday-Friday.

Working in a confidential environment you will be a contact point for HR enquiries and respond appropriately. Therefore, having strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines is essential. You will work as part of a team and utilise the company's policies and procedures to resolve queries.

Key Accountabilities:

* First point of contact for all HR-related queries

* To monitor the HR Inboxes and resolve within agreed SLA's

* To accurately administer all processes in the employment lifecycle

* To maintain and update electronic personnel records

* To administer and maintain the HR system and ensure all associated payroll processes are completed by the set deadline.

* To prepare, as required, management reports on employee-related data

* To escalate issues of concern to the appropriate senior manager.

* To undertake all required pre-employment checks, updating and discussing with line manager as appropriate

* To manage Benefits enrolment/withdraw

* To ensure appropriate security for all HR related information

* To record, store and supply information in accordance with Utilita's policies and data protection

* To prepare documentation for hearings and investigations

* To take accurate minutes as and when required

* Assist the HR team with ad-hoc projects as and when required.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

* Strong Administration experience

* Proven logical organisational skills

* High level of accuracy/attention to detail

* Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.

Desirable Requirements:

* Hold a level 3 CIPD or equivalent experience

* Administration experience within a HR Function

* Understanding of employment policies and procedures
