You should also identify the key responsibilities:
The Tech Team is looking for an enthusiastic individual who has excellent IT skills to join the team as a systems support technician for a fantastic Leicester based company. You will provide technical support by phone, email, and face to face. You will be proactive and take ownership of support problems. You will also manage the flow of tickets using the Helpdesk system and allocate more complex tickets to the relevant team member.

You will be expected to undertake some or all of the following:

1) Assist in providing Helpdesk support to internal staff
2) Diagnose and resolve IT hardware problems
3) Diagnose and resolve IT software problems
4) Maintain user accounts
