We offer Carer/ Healthcare Assistants Flexible Working Hours; Great pay rates and no two days are alike. We support fantastic service users with first class care. Green Cross is a rapidly growing healthcare company that provides fantastic bespoke service to clients across Sussex. We are currently Care Assistants/Healthcare Assistants who have at least 6 months experience to provide care to our clients such as: Nursing Homes, Residential Homes, Care Homes, Learning Disability Homes etc.


Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent care and support to the residents 
• Assisting with meals and daily activities 
• Engaging in day to day activities and providing companionship 
• Providing support to the family members and visitors 
• Working closely with other team members and management team 

Providing/assisting with personal care i.e. washing and dressing, teeth brushing, changing continence pads and catheter pads

Ideally you will have a minimum NVQ/ SVQ level 2 and/ or experience in working as a Healthcare Assistant/ Support Worker and most importantly that you are a truly compassionate and caring person, a true team player with a “Can Do” attitude.
