Full time - Permanent

£35,000 to £40,000 per annum

Brighton Dome & Festival is looking to appoint to a new role of Head of Food & Beverage to lead our existing Bars team and create a new culinary team.

This is a unique opportunity for a strategic catering lead to grow and develop a key part of our business to deliver excellent customer service and to maximize profits across all aspects of the F&B operation.

Alongside responsibility for our performance bars you will play a critical role in the planning, development and mobilisation of our new restaurant planned to open later this year and will have the opportunity to use your extensive experience to develop the team and operational processes.

The successful candidate will demonstrate;

  • significant experience in a senior role within a high street bar or restaurant operation or a hotel or contract catering operation
  • proven ability to set and deliver financial and performance targets
  • experience in mobilising new operations
  • an ability to lead and motivate a team of permanent and casual staff
  • considerable experience in the successful delivery of a unique and customer focused experience
