We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Administrator to be an integral member of our busy and friendly team and to support the effective operation of Responsive Services, IV therapy and Hospital@home Teams. You will be based at Brighton General Hospital and flexible weekend working is desirable.

You will deliver excellent customer service at all times in your communications with a range of professionals, referrers and patients. You will require excellent telephone and communication skills to ensure all liaison is of the highest standard.

You will provide an efficient and robust administrative service, working to deadlines when required and planning and prioritising workload independently, demonstrating initiative and flexibility.

You will assist with the improvement of data quality and ensure accurate and timely data inputting of client information onto system one to meet local and national standards.

You will have previous administrative experience, and be proficient with using Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word and Excel. You should have recognised admin/secretarial/computer qualifications or equivalent knowledge gained through relevant experience.
