Receptionist - Voluntary
To be responsible for dealing with all reasonable queries/issues from the public. Be the first point of contact and to inform staff and volunteers when a visitor arrives. You need to check the availability of staff and volunteers to be able to accept visitors and then possibly escort them to their destination if no one is available to collect them.
You will need to take calls and transfer them and send messages via telephone and email. You will also provide simple signposting within the office area.
