Concierge Team Leader
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Concierge Team Leader to join us and assist in leading our fantastic front of house team at The Grand Hotel.

The primary focus of the role is be to be available supervising shifts, in the hotel lobby to offer assistance and help to our guests and visitors as they arrive and throughout their stay, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience within the hotel.
You will meet, greet and show guests to their bedrooms, assist with luggage, and be on hand to answer any guest queries about the hotel and the local area; as well assisting with the garage operation, parking and manoeuvering cars as required.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in a customer service role preferably in the hospitality or travel industry as well as possessing a clean driving license.
We are looking for individuals with a real interest in delivering outstanding hospitality, an energy and drive to succeed and a desire to be the best. They will have exceptional hospitality skills and be able to build rapport easily with all guests and be a great communicator!
