The role is based in a friendly office in Portslade by Sea, Sussex.
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday (Office Hours)
Salary: Between £20,000-£22,000/annum (Depending on experience)
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a down to earth, go-getter Second Loan Adviser to join their team.

Purpose of the Position of a Second Loan Officer:
The Second Loan Officer will be responsible for soliciting new business and originating second charge loans offered by the company. They continuously identify, develop and maintain a network of business relationships to establish a constant referral source to originate new loans.
Qualifications:
- Have current and thorough knowledge of all lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working within the financial sector
Job Requirements:
- Maintain current and thorough knowledge of all lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a loan originator capacity is preferred.
