Do you have proven experience of administration within the events industry? Are you a confident communicator and pride yourself in giving a first class service?
We are looking for an Event Coordinator with experience of event management processes.
As a successful candidate you would have the ability to work independently and be well organised. You will also be prepared to work evenings and weekends, travelling across University campuses and to offsite venues for which standard time off in lieu will be given.
Southcoast Conferences is responsible for letting the University’s residential accommodation and academic seminar rooms during the summer vacation. They operate a year round award winning conference centre and promote a comprehensive range of event support services (internally and externally).
