Graduate Customer Service Administrator

I am recruiting a Graduate Customer Service Administrator on behalf of a company based in central Brighton.
This role is ideally suited to someone with excellent customer service, administration and IT skills. A degree in finance or similar would be ideal.
This is a temporary role initially but there may be more opportunities afterwards.
- Processing new applications
- Updating the relevant departments
- Updating the CRM system
- Working to KPI's and deadlines
- Building good working relationships with all key stakeholders
