Human Resources Advisor

£26,459 - £32,556 per annum

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

As part of a busy Human Resources team, you will provide credible, confidential and customer focused advice and guidance to staff and managers on a range of staffing issues, as well as undertaking casework.  Your ability to quickly build effective working relationships with staff at all levels will be key.  You will support the Chichester College Group to achieve its equality and diversity aims and objectives, and develop and implement Human Resources policies and procedures, in line with legislation and best practice.

A Post Graduate Diploma (or equivalent level 7) qualification in Personnel and Development is essential, as is up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and a working knowledge of Human Resources computerised systems. In addition, you will have comprehensive experience of providing Human Resources advice within an organisation, using probing and coaching techniques to gather information and applying analytical skills to make decisions, as well as experience of designing and delivering training on Human Resources related subjects.
