Objectives
• To ensure you deliver a good quality of dining through presentation, delivery and high standards of food delivery
• To ensure all Food products are maintained to a perfect presentation standard
• To assist in the introduction of systems and processes to ensure all standards are achieved to meet all guest expectations
Key Tasks
• To ensure the highest possible standards to all guests are delivered at all times
• To continually focus on improving the performance
• To ensure the highest standards of work practice and safety are maintained at all times
• To assist in developing a true sense of ownership and responsibility within the venue
Performance Targets
• To drive in regards to quality of food
• To assist in monitoring feedback, both negative and positive and use the information to improve service levels
• To ensure the food is constantly of a perfect presentation standard
• To assist in controlling budgets within set and agreed parameters and Costs
• To assist in demonstrating year on year improvements
• To assist in year on year improvement
• Ensure best practice is met and Margins are protected through structured Systems and processes
