Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust (SCFT) is the largest community health and care provider in Sussex. Our expert teams deliver a wide range of medical, nursing and therapeutic care to over 9,000 people a day, serving a total population of 1.3 million.

We pride ourselves in providing excellent care at the heart of the community. In July 2018, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) gave us an improved 'Good' rating, with 'Outstanding' features. 96% of our patients said they would recommend our services to their friends and family, and we attribute this to the hard work and dedication of each and every one of our teams.

We offer our staff a multitude of benefits; flexible working, free health and wellbeing checks, three tax efficient workplace nurseries rated 'Good' and 'Outstanding' by Ofsted, and a wide range of exciting learning and development opportunities including external courses, conferences, and a Graduate Studentship Scheme.

The Trust is signed up to the disability confident scheme and we guarantee to interview all disabled applicants who meet the minimum criteria for the vacancy.

Are you a nurse looking for a family-friendly job that fits in and around your home commitments? Working the Twilight shift may be the role you seek, if you're up to the challenge!

We are looking for enthusiastic, professional, multi-skilled nurses to join our teams based in Chichester, Arundel and Lancing. Twilight shifts are worked from 18:00 until 23:00, arranged on a 4 week repeating rota so that you can plan ahead.

It's desirable if you are skilled in palliative care, catheter care, wound care and diabetes care, but full training will be provided if you need it. What's more important is that you have the right attitude.

You will need to be a car driver, have your own transport, and be prepared to travel across the locality. On occasion, you may also need to lone work if that's what needed.

If you think the job might be for you or even if you're just tempted, contact either of us for a no obligation chat.

This post may close earlier than the published closing date if sufficient applications are received.
