We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen within the HR Resourcing Team for a permanent Temporary Staffing Booking Coordinator. This role involves working various shifts between the hours of 8am - 6pm Monday and Friday and will involve some rotational weekend working.

You will work proactively to fill vacant shifts across our services, ensuring that you provide regular and timely progress updates. The Trust has invested in a new e-Rostering system for temporary bookings which you will manage and maintain to ensure our services can see their temporary staffing establishment at the click of a button. You will work as part of the wider HR Resourcing Team, providing an efficient service, taking calls and resolving queries.

Key duties of the role:
  • Interact with managers and our Bank workers ensuring a positive experience is received by all
  • Manage and update temporary staffing requests using our electronic rostering system, liaise with recruitment agencies and escalate shifts in line with Trust processes
