We are looking for bubbly personalities, fun to be around, someone who thinks outside of the box and knows what they want and how much they want to earn, someone who can deal with rejections yet still smile and have the same determination on the 100th call that they had on the 1st.

Key Responsibilities include:

Develop trusted relationships with future customers.
Present unique solutions which save our customers time and money.
Outbound Cold calling, gathering sales intelligence, handling objections
To achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets.
To achieve the target conversion rates set.
To adhere to the sales compliance rules at all times – all sales are generated in line with our quality standards.

The Right Candidate:
Have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally to all customers.
The ability to work as part of a team supporting colleagues where necessary.
The ability to be self-motivated and focused on continually achieving and exceeding targets.
Can demonstrate creativity and the ability to think outside of the box.
Target and results driven.

• Base salary of £20,000 per annum
• Uncapped commission structure
• Range of other employee benefits

• 10:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday
• No weekends
