Job Details
Red Flag Recruitment are looking for sales advisers to join a financial company based in Portslade. The ideal candidate will have B2B and B2C experience, within a Telesales environment. This position will kick start your new career within the financial sector.
The company is a well-established second charge loan advisers, with over 40 years’ experience with the market. This position will allow you to use your skills to progress within the finance sector.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take enquiries and pass them to the relevant colleague in a timely manner.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
Salary: £20,000- £22,000 + Commission
