B2B Pharmaceutical Consultant
Red Flag Recruitment are seeking a B2B Pharmaceutical Consultant to join a company based in Hove.
As a Pharmaceutical Consultant you will be liaising with doctors, hospitals and medical service providers. The primary objective of the Pharmaceutical Consultant is to meet established goals by delivering product knowledge to prospective clients.
You will need to be a highly engaged, positive team player and show a high degree of client focus.
This is an outbound lead generation (Non-Sales) role
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm
Salary: Up to £9.50/hr. – Weekly pay
Location: Hove, East Sussex
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling high volume of outbound client calls.
- Liaising with doctors, and service providers in relation to patient appointments and updates;
- Delivering efficient customer service to all of our clients and patients;
- Chasing up imaging reports, sending reports out efficiently and effectively.
What we are looking for:
- Previous B2B/B2C experience is highly essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal skills;
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional, polite and confident phone manner
- Ability to understand and anticipate clients' needs and expectations
- Ability to multi-task and attend to ad-hoc jobs as, and when they arise
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work to deadlines and KPI's
- A proactive/Can do attitude
