Job Purpose and primary objectives:

The IT ServiceImprovement Manager will work as part of the IT Service & Operations teamreporting to the Head of IT Operations.
The IT ServiceImprovement Manager is responsible for improving the systems availability forall areas within IT and producing the Operations Team Daily/Weekly/Monthlyreporting statistics to reduce contacts and increase overall systemsavailability.


Key responsibilities:

Serviceimprovement areas; including but not limited to:

•Responsiblefor the day to day management of the Problem and Service and Change Analysts


TechnicalSkills: •Knowledge on webtechnologies (e.g. C#.Net, Java, AngularJS, NodeJS), database technologies (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle,MySQL, MongoDB) andmethodologies (e.g. Scrum , Kanban, TDD, DevOps) to name just a few


Other Skills:
