Job Details
Red Flag Recruitment currently have an exciting opportunity in a busy office in Portslade, Sussex for an enthusiastic telesales executive. Your role as a B2B Telesales Executive would be to help the company grow by bringing in new business.
Previous experience in the financial services industry is essential.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
Salary: £20,000 - £22,000/annum + Bonus structure.
Job Responsibilities
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take enquiries and pass them to the relevant colleague in a timely manner.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
