An opportunity has arisen to join the Sports team. We are looking for an outstanding teacher with high expectations of students to support and coach the Worthing College Women’s Football Performance programme. Background to the Post:
An Academy of Sport Women’s football coach is required to support and coach the Worthing College Women’s Football Performance programme. This is a highly professional, busy and committed team which provides a wide range of opportunities for both staff and students. The College is regarded as a Centre of Sporting Excellence within the FE sector, achieving outstanding results both in and outside the classroom. We have a strong focus on developing the ‘student athlete’ and are one of only a few colleges with TASS Dual Career accreditation. The Academy of Sport has a national reputation and competes for national, regional and county titles annually. The sporting and academic success is built around a strong team ethic, enthusiasm, passion and innovation. Our mantra is ‘going beyond outstanding’. 8 hours, 32 working weeks per year (paid for 36.5 weeks per year), to be worked between September and May.
