We are a leading Healthcare company specialising in the design, development and manufacturing of medical devices that improve the lives of patients worldwide.
Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects originating in the Development, Engineering and Research teams but potentially interacting with all areas of the business.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build, maintain and monitor project plans, budgets, schedules and tasks through Smartsheet project management software.
• Develop and maintain appropriate methods of publishing progress against project plans via Smartsheet project management software.
• Attend and participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure project plans capture all relevant information, actions and agreed timescales.
• Ensure outstanding project tasks are discussed with those responsible prior to the due date to support timely completion and communication of any potential delays to the project owner / manager at the earliest opportunity.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Proven working experience within a Project Office environment
• Project Management Qualification, ideally Prince2
• Application of project management methodology into formal project planning
• Hands-on experience of cross-functional project coordination
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Project Management software
• Demonstrable ability to maintain traceability of project task allocation, key decisions and supporting documentation
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Prince2 Project Management Qualification
• Microsoft Project or Smartsheet Software Knowledge and Experience
• Experience of working within a Medical Device Manufacturing company
