Location: Crawley
Start date: 3rd June 2019
Salary: £17,000 + benefit package
Hours: 37.5hours per week across a shift pattern between 8am-8pm and 2 Saturdays per month 9am-5pm
My client is looking for bright and enthusiastic Customer Service Agents to join their busy and successful organisation based in Crawley.
Responsibilities:
* Deal with incoming telephone queries from customers
* Update the CRM system accurately
* Informing customer of the products available
* Process new sales effectively
* Liaise with customer via telephone, email and correspondence
* Work to quality standards and KPI’s
* Assist the team in reaching company objectives
* Offer outstanding customer service
The right candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
* Proven customer service skills ideally within a call centre environment
* Confident communicator
* Good numerical skills
* Strong work ethic
