The Company:

A multi disciplinary, £500M+ turnover Principal Contractor that provides a wide range of Construction services to the private & public sectors, delivering very high spec and unique projects with strong emphasis on added value and performance, H&S, energy efficiency and ensuring as little disruption as possible to the local area. This well known Contractor is a market leader in its chosen sector, typically deals with large and complex projects within the Sports sector and is therefore looking to attract a high calibre candidate to lead the project to successful completion and delivery.

The role:

Site Manager - Responsible for leading the project in its entirity with the following skills & experiences:

A proven track record of working as part of a Site Management team (i.e. package management) on large and complex new build Construction Projects, i.e. £50M+, within the Commecial Sector.
Possess' a strong track record of on time and to budget completions
Experienced in CDM regulations
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with H&S legislation.
Lead the control & monitoring of costs on site
Excellent man management skills
Client facing skills
Leads the project from the front and by example.
Understand the roles and responsibilities of the Principal Contractor under CDM.

Utilise existing relationships with outside partiep, which will underpin the success of your project.

This is an executive position for a forward thinking individual that has a proven track record in the successful delivery of large & complex new build projects, within the Sports sector.
